Inspired by athletic trainers yet built to meet the demands of the military, the Danner Tachyon boot is built to provide rugged stability and quick reaction to unexpected environmental changes. Its synthetic upper saves weight over traditional boots and also helps it dry more quickly, and is paired with a speed lace system and a scuff-proof toe cap for durability. The polyurethane footbed and EVA midsole provide plenty of cushioning on longer missions, and Danner's pentagonal Tachyon outsole gives outstanding traction on any surface. Built on a DLE-01 last for stability during quick movements.
